Who we are

We are a compact, senior-led consultancy. Our work spans cybersecurity, applied AI and small language models, OSINT research, quantum-security advisory, procurement and market intelligence, and specialist training for agency personnel.

We take on multilingual assignments in any language the mission requires. Our standing bench covers more than 60 languages, organised by family:

We are based in Delhi NCR and globally available. Our engagements are long conversations, not transactions. We prefer a smaller number of meaningful relationships over a large book of shallow ones.

Advisor to law-enforcement and intermediate agencies. Operational leadership across Cyber-Security, Counter-Terrorism, Narcotics, Human Trafficking, and Violent Extremism. Also covers financial and regulatory-compliance investigations.

Intelligence, linguistics, applied AI, and regulatory compliance

Practitioners drawn from intelligence operations, multilingual research, AI/ML engineering, and customs / export-control advisory. Individual backgrounds withheld by agreement.

How we work

Confidentiality is the default, not the add-on.

Under NDA from the first conversation.: We scope sensitive work without requiring you to reveal more than you need to at the start.
Scoping and proof-of-concept first.: Engagements typically begin with scoping and, where useful, a paid proof-of-concept. Commercial terms are negotiated per engagement.
Source-code and deliverable custody per SLA.: Ownership, escrow, and handover arrangements are written into the engagement — not assumed.
On-premise and air-gapped by default.: Our deployment assumption is your security perimeter. Cloud, hybrid, or hosted models are available when that's the right call.
Standards-aligned.: Engagements reference NIST, ETSI, ISO, BIS, and CERT-In frameworks where applicable. Findings cite standards by clause; recommendations are defensible to auditors and procurement reviewers.
